5. You understand that all medical services provided through this platform are delivered by physicians licensed only within the United States.

The Service is not available to users located outside the United States. Due to medical licensing regulations and legal requirements, our healthcare providers are only authorized to provide services to patients physically present within the United States.

We reserve the right to:

• Verify your location through various methods, including GPS, IP address, phone number verification, and address validation.
• Deny or terminate access to anyone located outside the United States.
• Request additional proof of US location at any time.
• Immediately terminate services if location misrepresentation is detected.

Medical services received through location misrepresentation may constitute unauthorized practice of medicine and may subject you to legal liability.
Verification and Monitoring

You consent to:

• Periodic location verification during use of the Service.
• Collection of location data as described in our Privacy Policy.
• Verification of your US phone number and address.

Medical Emergencies

OUR SERVICES ARE NOT FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency:
CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY (or your local emergency number)
Go to your nearest emergency room.

Do not use this app for emergency medical situations

Medical emergencies include, but are not limited to:

• Chest pain or pressure
• Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
• Severe bleeding
• Loss of consciousness
• Severe allergic reactions
• Thoughts of self-harm or suicide
• Stroke symptoms (facial drooping, arm weakness, speech difficulties)
• Severe abdominal pain
• Any condition you believe requires immediate medical attention

This service provides non-emergency medical consultations and procedures only. Response times are not guaranteed and are not suitable for urgent or emergency medical needs. Our healthcare providers cannot dispatch emergency services on your behalf.

By using this Service, you acknowledge that:

• You understand this is not an emergency medical service
• You will call 911 for any medical emergency
• Delays in seeking emergency care can result in serious harm or death
• You assume all risks associated with not seeking emergency care when needed
